4. Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation policies are set by the individual Host. Please review the specific cancellation policy of a venue before completing your booking. Twende Terrace reserves the right to mediate disputes but does not guarantee refunds.
5. Prohibited Conduct: Users agree not to:

   • Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
   • Bypass our booking system to avoid service fees.
   • Damage or misuse any venue booked through the platform.
6. Limitation of Liability: Twende Terrace is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any injuries, property damage, or disputes that occur during an event hosted at a venue found through our platform.
7. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
